The corrugated cardboard intelligent conveyor system consists of multiple modular belts conveyors, pneumatic pusher, clipper etc. The system can automatically convey the corrugated cardboard stack coming out of the die-cutting machine to one single piece cardboard and enter the next conveyor line.

The system is divided into 3 sections. The A01 conveyor can interact with the previous conveyor signals and inform the machine that it is ready to receive new corrugated cardboard stack. The A02 conveyor is equipped with one pneumatic pusher devices and one cardboard clipper. When the white cardboard is manually placed at the entrance of the A03 conveyor, after manual operation, the clipper will clamp the white cardboard, and then the stack enters the end of the A02 conveyor, and the pusher pushes the stack onto the white cardboard. The pusher would back to the original positon. After the A03 conveyor transports the stack to the end, it waits for the next conveyor to give an access signal.
