POP-UP conveyor built with standard aluminum profiles, it features easy assembly and installation with no on-site welding required for fast setup. Modules can be freely combined and height-adjustable for staggered high-low handling. Offering high layout flexibility, it supports turning, U-turn, diverging, merging and other complex layouts.
Fitted with casters and adjustable leveling feet for flexible movement and positioning, the line can be quickly reconfigured by just one or two workers when floor space is limited or processes change. Paired with POP‑UP conveyors, a single lifting transfer unit can steer trays of different sizes to reduce equipment investment.
Its optimized drive system delivers smooth and low-noise operation. Modular rollers and drive units enable easy maintenance for fast part replacement. Rubber-coated rollers are available to stabilize tray and carton transport; stainless steel rollers and frames are optional for humid or water-sprayed environments. Built-in cable channels keep wiring neat and safe. Standard interfaces connect smoothly with scanners, sorters and other upstream and downstream equipment.

Custom rubber-coated rollers are available for stable transportation of metal pallets. Stainless steel rollers and frames are optional for high-humidity warehouses or applications for wet and water-sprayed goods.
